Our pigs are pasture-raised and fed organic grain and leftover veggies from our fields. The share will come in two parts. The first is the fresh pork, weighing approximately 20 lbs and costs $8.99/lb. The second portion is the bacon and ham, weighing approximately 8 lbs and costs $12.99/lb. It will take an additional three weeks for smoking at a facility in VT that doesn't use nitrates. It's delicious!!
